Instructor Development Programme
- Duration:
- Minimum 10 days - 100 course hours.
Requirements
- A candidate taking this program must:
- Be a minimum of 18 years old and been a certified diver a minimum of 6 months
- Be certified as a RAID Nitrox Diver, RAID Deep 40 Diver, RAID Divemaster or equivalents from a recognised training agency.
- Submit current certification of RAID First AID and RAID Oxygen Provider or equivalent.
- Have a minimum of 100 logged underwater hours and a minimum of 200 dives including experience in Night and Navigation dives.

- Confined Water Skill Mastery - In the pool or confined water, your practical scuba skills are refined until they reach demonstration quality. You learn to perform basic and complex skills slowly and clearly so that students can easily mirror them.
- Confined Water - Conducting simulated and participating in live training sessions.
- Open Water Application - The final phase moves to the open ocean, where you complete hands-on workshops and assist with real student divers
